What are your hours?

Residential clients are between 8:30-5. We can clean after 5 or on weekends for an additional fee of $10.00 per hour. This fee is waived for weekly clients.

Do I have to give you a key to my house?

No. You may hide a key or we can enter through the garage via a keypad or hidden remote. If we are unable to gain access on your scheduled day of cleaning, you will be charged the full price of your cleaning.

How much do you charge?

For residential clients the fee is $65.00 per hour for two people. Because of the complexity of commercial property we would have to tour the facility before submitting a proposal.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Residential clients do not have to sign a contract. We do require a signed contract for commercial clients.

How do I pay you?

For weekly residential and commercial clients we invoice monthly. For bi-weekly and once a month residential client’s payment is due at each scheduled cleaning.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We carry all insurance certificates of liability and workers compensation. We are also Licensed and Bonded.

Do you bring all of your own supplies?

Yes. We take care of all supplies and equipment.

Is there anything I need to do prior to my cleaning?

PLEASE PICK UP CLUTTER. You are paying us to clean your home. The time we spend working around and picking up clutter takes away from cleaning. We would rather you pay us to clean!

Are you a Green cleaning company?

No, although all of our vacuums have HEPA filtration and we do use certain green cleaning products.
